• An application does not guarantee a space at GalactiCon.
  • Final Table placement is at GalactiCon’s discretion.
    • Requests will be considered.
  • Artist and Dealer applications will be decided on or around August 7th, 2023.
  • Prices will be announced once determined.
  • Artist and Dealer table pricing will go up as we get closer to the convention.
  • A link will be provided for payment once a space has been offered.
  • All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Each table comes with 2 badges.  Additional badges can be purchased.
  • All sales will require a Denver retail sales tax application completed by the start of the convention.
  • Community tables cannot perform sales, donations can be accepted by registered non profit organizations.  Documentation must be available upon request.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.  No tables (Artists, Community, or Dealers) are allowed to sell or distribute anything edible.
  • All tables must remain setup during Dealer’s Room operating hours.
    • Violation may result in monetary penalty.
    • Early breakdown may only begin after 2 on Sunday.
  • Macterprise LLC, dba GalactiCon is not responsible for theft or damage of items before, during, or after the convention.
